Konga Float – sustainable, 100% off-grid, electric houseboat
The Konga Float is already in the production and will be ready for a test ride in the beginning of July 2024.
18 kW lithium batteries will be charged by 5kW solar power plant installed on the roof of the houseboat. Such solar power plant will have enough power to run all the equipment installed in the houseboat including the 9kW electric engine.
Konga Float maintains the Konga design and architecture aspects and signature elements where the most important thing is that comfort has to meet sustainability.
The interior is made of 100% oak wood and plywood, the floor is from oak hardwood, no chipboard or MDF is used. The exterior has aluminum screen windows and natural thermo wood cladding & decking.
